Warehouse Lead

Industrial Injection is hiring an experienced and dependable Warehouse Lead to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and material-handling operations.

This is a hands-on lead position for someone who enjoys working alongside a team while helping organize workflow, train employees, maintain accuracy, and keep warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory priorities.
Receive, inspect, stock, pick, package, and ship parts and materials.
Help assign work and train warehouse employees.
Verify shipments, inventory records, and documentation for accuracy.
Assist with cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Communicate workflow, safety, and performance concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications
Two or more years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
Experience training employees or helping coordinate daily work.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using inventory, ERP, or warehouse computer systems.
Forklift experience and the ability to obtain company authorization.
Dependable attendance and strong communication skills.
Prior lead experience and experience in a manufacturing, automotive, diesel, or industrial environment are preferred.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
