Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Operations Assistant to support the organization, cataloging, and operational flow of our maintenance shop. This seasonal part-time, project-based role is ideal for early-career candidates attending college or a technical school seeking hands-on experience in maintenance operations, inventory control, and shop optimization.This role will be a Part-time (less than 24 hours weekly, flexible hours) with opportunity to potentially convert to a full time employee
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $24- $26 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Organize, label, and maintain the maintenance shop for optimal efficiency.
Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
Catalog and scan parts into the FIIX CMMS system.
Apply QR codes to parts for accurate digital tracking.
Assist with data entry and ensure accurate records in the CMMS.
Support the maintenance team with shop optimization projects as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to job-related safety requirements, and have a valid state driverās license, required for job-related travel between facilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, along with collaborative āteam firstā mindset. Strong communication skills.
Basic computer skills are required; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a maintenance shop environment.
Must be able to commute to and from multiple local facilities.
If currently enrolled in college or technical school, two academic references are required (e.g., academic advisor or professor).
Candidates must remain in good academic standing while working for Seeās. Ā

Flexible part-time schedule.
Competitive pay at $24.00 hour to $26.00 hour.
