Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems to support operational efficiency and data integrity. Your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will ensure that all information is precise, accessible, and up-to-date, enabling smooth business processes and informed decision-making.


Duties

  • Register driver identity and release pickup document to the warehouse
  • Enter data into multiple databases, Cargo wise systems, and spreadsheets with speed and accuracy.
  • Manage data collection from various sources, ensuring completeness and correctness.
  • Perform data transcription from physical documents into digital formats using typing skills.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data verification, and document scanning to streamline administrative workflows.

Skills

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience working with databases, ERP systems, and office software tools
  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry and transcription tasks
  • Knowledge of basic math to verify figures and perform calculations accurately
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, including filing and data collection
  • Familiarity with pivot tables in Excel for data analysis purposes
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free data management and record keeping
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal/external collaboration required.
