  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans
  • Drive execution of battery system development programs including design, prototyping, testing, validation, and production readiness activities
  • Partner with engineering leads to identify technical risks, establish mitigation plans, and resolve program blockers
  • Manage customer-facing program communication including status updates, action items, risks, and delivery commitments
  • Facilitate program reviews, design reviews, build readiness reviews, and executive updates
  • Track program health metrics including schedule performance, budget, resource allocation, risks, and deliverables
  • Support change management activities including scope changes, schedule impacts, and technical tradeoffs
  • Coordinate prototype builds and validation activities with internal teams and external partners
  • Help scale program management practices as Stafl Systems continues to grow

Qualifications You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs or product development projects

  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, including design, validation, manufacturing, and launch activities
  • Highly organized and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ownership of program outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to engineers, customers, and leadership
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business teams

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience working with batteries, electric vehicles, or energy storage systems
  • Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
  • Experience supporting prototype builds, qualification testing, and production ramp activities
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms
