Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Define and own editorial standards, style guides, and quality benchmarks across all content types.Â
- Establish governance frameworks for content review, approvals, and lifecycle management.Â
- Act as the final editorial authority for high-visibility, enterprise-level content.Â
- Design and manage scalable editorial workflows, intake models, and prioritization frameworks.Â
- Set SLAs and capacity models to support predictable delivery across vertical and industry teams.Â
- Lead process optimization efforts to reduce rework and accelerate time-to-market.Â
- Lead and develop a team of Editorial Operations managers and editors.Â
- Coach managers on stakeholder management, operational excellence, and decision-making.Â
- Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.Â
- Partner with Legal, Brand, Compliance, Marketing Ops, and Sales Enablement to ensure alignment.Â
- Translate business and go-to-market needs into clear editorial plans and execution models.Â
- Serve as a trusted advisor to vertical and industry leaders on content readiness and quality.Â
- Define KPIs for editorial efficiency, quality, and throughput.Â
- Use data and insights to identify bottlenecks, inform resourcing decisions, and improve workflows.Â
- 8–10+ years of experience in editorial operations, content strategy, or marketing operations.Â
- Proven experience leading editorial teams in a complex, matrixed organization.Â
- Strong understanding of brand governance, compliance, and enterprise content standards.Â
- Exceptional stakeholder management and operational leadership skills.Â
- Experience supporting sales enablement or B2B marketing organizations preferred.Â

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
