Position Summary...

We are seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented leader to drive complex business initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will help define the network strategy for Walmart Fulfillment Services, particularly in the areas of inventory management, operational processes, throughput, and capacity. The ideal candidate will be heavily analytical and be able to connect multiple facets of a business, from technology to seller sentiment. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who excels at leading cross-functional work, shaping business processes, and influencing outcomes at scale.

About the Team: You’ll join a team focused on optimizing operations, partnering across departments, and delivering business improvements that support both near-term execution and long-term strategy. The team collaborates closely with leaders, associates, and stakeholders to enhance efficiency, strengthen communication, and align work to organizational priorities. Your contributions will directly support business readiness, decision quality, and enterprise-wide performance.

What you'll do...

Model and analyze strategic business decisions for WFS network strategy and advise the business accordingly.
Identify opportunities to further improve the speed performance and cost structure of the WFS business.
Partner with cross-functional teams to create roadmaps for new launches.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663 | Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848 | Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
