Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Own administration, optimization, and governance of Seismic and related content management and enablement platforms.Â
- Define and enforce standards for content architecture, taxonomy, metadata, permissions, and version control.Â
- Ensure content systems support enterprise requirements for brand, compliance, and data security.Â
- Establish and manage lifecycle policies for content creation, review, publication, refresh, and retirement.Â
- Partner with Editorial Operations to ensure content readiness and accuracy throughout the lifecycle.Â
- Maintain system hygiene, including audits, cleanup, and archival strategies.Â
- Translate content and business requirements into scalable system configurations.Â
- Partner with IT, Data, and Vendor teams to manage integrations between content platforms, analytics tools, and AI solutions.Â
- Support Innovation initiatives by enabling technical scalability and adoption.Â
- Optimize search, tagging, and content organization to improve findability and reuse.Â
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing Ops to ensure systems meet end-user needs.Â
- Develop documentation, training, and best practices for platform users.Â
- Build and maintain dashboards for content usage, adoption, and performance.Â
- Use insights to inform platform improvements, governance updates, and roadmap prioritization.Â
- Provide leadership with clear visibility into content health and impact.Â
- Lead and develop content systems and enablement managers or analysts.Â
- Serve as a key point of contact for platform stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Vertical, and Industry teams.Â
- Influence platform strategy and investment decisions at the leadership level.Â
- 8–10+ years of experience in content management, enablement systems, marketing operations, or digital platforms.Â
- Deep experience with Seismic or similar enterprise content/enablement platforms.Â
- Strong understanding of content governance, taxonomy, and lifecycle management.Â
- Proven ability to lead platform strategy in complex, matrixed organizations.Â
- Excellent analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills.Â

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
