Warehouse Worker

Flowly Solutions is expanding and we have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate to become a core part of our facility team. If you take ownership of your work, show up consistently, and enjoy staying active throughout the day, this position was built for you. You'll keep operations moving, from handling inbound freight to staging outbound orders, all while contributing to a workspace where safety and accuracy come first.

Job Duties:

• Pull, pack, and stage customer orders accurately so they're ready for outbound shipment
• Receive incoming deliveries, unloading trucks and organizing freight into its proper storage locations
• Transport materials and products between areas of the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner
• Participate in inventory cycle counts to help keep stock records current and precise
• Work side by side with your shift team to hit daily throughput targets on schedule
• Follow all safety protocols and keep your work area clean and hazard-free at all times

What We're Looking for:

• Hands-on warehouse background, roles like order fulfillment, loading/unloading, or general labor are all relevant
• Comfort operating equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts; we provide training for the right candidate
• Sharp attention to detail and a track record of producing accurate, quality work
• Clear communicator who can receive and act on both written instructions and verbal direction
• Reliable transportation and a strong personal commitment to punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet throughout an 8-hour shift

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay range of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience
• Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (no weekends)
