Warehouse Worker

Flowly Solutions is growing, and we are hiring for a Warehouse Worker position with our team. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced physical environment and takes pride in doing things right the first time. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our daily supply chain flow, ensuring materials move safely and accurately through our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Carefully assemble, check, and prepare outgoing shipments to meet accurate order specifications.
• Unload freight trucks upon arrival, verify shipments, and restock designated bin locations.
• Move stock safely across different facility zones using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Assist with routine cycle counts and inventory audits to support stock precision.
• Partner with facility team members to consistently meet daily productivity metrics.
• Maintain a clean, organized work zone and adhere strictly to facility safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, stockkeeping, material handling, or general warehouse operations.
• Experience with (or willingness to learn) warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, onsite training/certification offered.
• High level of precision when reading pick tickets, order details, and SKU numbers.
• Strong communication skills with the capability to execute task instructions efficiently.
• Consistent, dependable attendance and reliable transit to the workplace.
• Physical capacity to stand, bend, and move continuously for 8 hours, along with the ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds.
