The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known logistics and warehousing organization in San Francisco, CA and is looking for a motivated and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure seamless movement of goods throughout the supply chain.

In this key leadership role, you'll oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and team performance while ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate fulfillment of customer and company expectations.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll work closely with logistics, procurement, and distribution teams to streamline processes, improve productivity, and support business growth. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping
  • Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to ensure strong performance and professional growth
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies
  • Enforce safety standards, policies, and procedures to create and maintain a safe workplace
  • Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to improve warehouse layout, workflow, and operational efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, including productivity metrics, inventory status, and incident reports
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain exceptional service levels

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes
  • Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Experience with transportation, logistics and warehousing industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with advanced warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Forklift operation certification and warehouse safety training credentials
  • Proven success leading diverse teams and driving operational improvements
