At Fury Motors, we’re looking for a highly skilled Transmission Technician who specializes in diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding automatic and manual transmissions.

This role is critical to our service operation and ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex mechanical challenges, working with precision, and being recognized for specialized expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose transmission issues using advanced diagnostic tools and testing procedures 
• Repair, rebuild, and replace automatic and manual transmissions 
• Perform teardown, inspection, and reassembly of transmission systems 
• Address drivability concerns related to transmission performance 
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently 
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors 
• Follow manufacturer and dealership standards for repairs and warranty work 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with transmission diagnostics and repair (required) 
• Proven ability to rebuild transmissions (automatic and/or manual) 
• Advanced mechanical and problem-solving skills 
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
• Valid driver’s license 

Preferred:

• ASE Certification (A2 – Automatic Transmission/Transaxle or equivalent) 
• Previous dealership experience 
• Experience with multiple OEM systems
