Job DetailsJob Location: MN St. Paul - South St. Paul, MN 55075Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School/GEDSalary Range: $23.00 - $24.40 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: FirstRESPONSIBILITIES:   Follows maps or written directions to deliver to manufacturing / shipping locations Uses good judgment and safe loading/unloading practices Obtains valid signature on all delivery documents from internal/external personnel May operate boom crane or other truck-mounted equipment if needed Completes daily required truck inspection Completes driver logs as needed. Follows all DOT and licensing requirements as required by law. Must be flexible and available for off day , weekend or early morning deliveries Lift boxes of material to stage in desired containers for shipment. Operates available equipment to ready crates and boxes for loading process. Provides coverage in Work cells as needed. Operates forklift in order to pick work orders or receive in stock. Uses forklift to load and products and other material from racking and trailers. Picks work orders by utilizing RF technology and/or by identifying items on a paper pick ticket according to bin location, part number, and/or description. Inputs data into JDE O/S Utilizes JDE operating system in inquiries for stocking and receiving functions. Lift boxes of material to and from locations for shipping and receiving processes and procedures. During packing, confirms correct material pulled during picking Work order completion process   Ensure all materials are packed properly. Operates shrink wrap machine to ready crates and boxes for loading process. Completes training curriculum including but not limited to safety requirements while demonstrating an acceptable level of competence as defined by management. Follows all company policies and procedures. Handles additional tasks necessary to fulfill the needs of the company. Qualification:  Minimum of 6 months in a previous driving, and warehouse or material handler positions. Basic keypad and/or keyboard skills. Prior experience with RF technology used in bar coding environment helpful. 1 year working in a multitask environment while under time constraints. Basic arithmetic skills required using whole numbers and decimals. Valid and current CDL; minimum level ( B, C) based on truck(s) used at facility. Previous forklift experience.
