Position Overview As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in repairing and maintaining mining and construction equipment at various job sites. This position requires a Class A CDL and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy mining and construction equipment Travel to customer job sites as needed Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment following service manuals and specifications Inspect parts for reusability and order replacements when necessary Utilize diagnostic tools to make precise adjustments Perform minor welding, fabrication, plumbing, and electrical repairs Document all service activities in English and maintain accurate records Communicate job status and updates to customers Assist with parts ordering and warranty processing Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Class A CDL required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret service manuals Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions, including uneven terrain Benefits $2,000 Signing Bonus Paid Sick Leave, Vacation, and Holidays 100% Company-Paid Medical Premiums for employees and families Dental and Vision Plans 401(k)/Roth with Company Match Quarterly and Annual Bonus Programs Company Stock for associates with 5+ years of service Arnold Machinery is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
