HVAC Dispatcher

Overview

Christian Home Services, a growing and well‑respected residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical company located in Southampton, PA, is seeking an experienced and organized Dispatcher to join our in‑office team. This role is essential in supporting our technicians and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Position Overview

The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing daily technician schedules, coordinating customer appointments, and ensuring efficient and timely service. This position requires strong communication, multitasking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other trades is preferred
• Experience with ServiceTitan and/or ProBook is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Comfortable working in an in-office, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls
• Optimize daily schedules and routes for efficiency
• Communicate appointment updates to customers and technicians
• Maintain accurate job notes and real-time technician status updates
• Handle incoming calls and provide professional customer support
