Job Description:
ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP a leading medical practice is seeking a self-driven and patient oriented Allergy Nurse Floater for our Southampton, Riverhead, East Patchogue, Port Jefferson, and Hauppauge offices to join our dynamic team. The Allergy Nurse role offers an opportunity to work with patients of all ages, encompassing a wide spectrum of care within our vibrant patient community.  Hourly:
- LPN – $33.09/hr
- RN – $40/hr
- BSN – $42.68/hr
Responsibilities:
- Administer allergy injections and monitor patients
- Perform allergy testing (food, environmental, venom, drug and chemical testing)
- Conduct pulmonary function testing
- Assist physician with patient care
- Complete administrative responsibilities including insurance approvals, data entry, restocking clinical supplies
- Respond to patient calls and messages
Requirements include:
- Active RN or LPN License (New grads welcome to apply)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Competent working with computers
Schedule:
Monday (Floating): 7:45am-5:00pm
Tuesday (Floating); 7:45am-5:00pm
Wednesday (Southampton): 7:45am-4:45pm
Thursday (Southampton): 7:45am-6:00pm
Friday (Southampton): 8:45am-1:00pm
Saturday (1-2 per month): 8:00am-12:00pm

This position qualifies for floater benefits including 2,500 car allowance, mileage, parking, tolls reimbursement, and 75.00 per month phone reimbursement.
