The Department of Emergency Medicine at Harrington Hospital is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) for our Southbridge, Massachusetts location. The PA will provide direct patient care relative to physical diagnosis and therapeutic management for patients in the Emergency Department working under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Job Requirements
•    Master's degree in Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
•    2+ year experience working in a clinical setting, preferably Emergency Department or Urgent Care Center
•    Massachusetts state licensureÂ
•    MA Board authorization to practice licensure
•    American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
•    Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred but not required
•    Valid prescriptive authority from both the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA
•    Experience in an Emergency Department or Urgent Care CenterÂ
•    Competency in provision of care to patients of all ages

The Emergency Departments at Harrington HealthCare are staffed and managed by HMFP/APHMFP.

Pay Range:
$90,000 - $150,000The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
