Available Opportunities

Full-Time CNA

• 32 hours per week
• 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Part-Time CNA

• 24 hours per week
• 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Answering call lights and responding promptly to resident needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and dining services
• Recording care provided and resident observations
• Helping create a warm, homelike environment
• Encouraging resident participation in activities and daily routines
• Working as part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional care

What We're Looking For

• Current Connecticut CNA certification and active registry status
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to document care using a computer
• Previous long-term care or senior living experience is preferred but not required
