We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. Available Positions

Part-Time CNA

• 8 hours every other weekend
• 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM shift

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily lives while promoting independence, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care needs
• Providing compassionate support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Escorting residents to meals, activities, appointments, and community events
• Responding promptly to resident requests and assisting with daily routines
• Taking vital signs as needed
• Assisting with meal service, light housekeeping, laundry, and room organization
• Helping residents remain active, engaged, and connected through activities and social interaction
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting changes in resident condition
• Working collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, families, and other team members

What We're Looking For

• Current Connecticut CNA certification
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living preferred but not required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
