Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our dance studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, creative setting while keeping things organized behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Handle class registrations, scheduling, and student records
  • Process payments, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with performance planning, events, and studio communications
  • Maintain studio organization, supplies, and cleanliness of common areas
  • Support instructors and management with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure student safety and adherence to studio policies
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling software)
  • Availability during weekday evenings/nights and Saturday mornings
  • Interest in dance or performing arts is a plus
