As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play an essential role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your compassionate care will help create a safe, positive, and engaging experience for those we serve.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with care plans.

  • Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures that promote resident independence and well-being.

  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.

  • Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.

  • Follow safety and infection prevention protocols to maintain a secure environment.

  • Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

  • Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state regulations.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Previous experience in senior living or long-term care is preferred but not required.
