About us: Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC) has been in practice for almost 50 years and is highly regarded in the medical community. Our office is staying up to date with the latest in surgical and medical treatment(s) and equipment for a state-of-the-art facility. Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions. Prepare and submit payroll in accordance with applicable regulations. Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management decisions. 2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Identify and investigate variances, providing insights and recommendations to management for financial decision-making. 3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide analysis of variances. Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgetary compliance and accuracy. 4. Monthly Financial Update/Report to Chief Financial Officer: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial updates and reports for presentation to the Finance Committee and Executive Board. Highlight key financial metrics, variances, and trends. Provide explanations and recommendations as needed to support informed decision-making. QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ethical and trustworthy with a commitment to maintain confidentiality.
