Description

Greets residents, assists with packages, valet park, empty garbage and monitors premises for unusual activity. 

  • Greets incoming guests and assists when necessary. 
  • Deliver messages and/or packages. 
  • Assist physically challenged residents and guests with special needs. 
  • Empty garbage at beginning or ending of a shift. 
  • Park resident cars in parking garage. 
  • Bring cars to front door at resident’s request. 
  • Monitor security cameras for activity. 
  • Provide the utmost professional customer service. 
  • Effectively communicate with supervisor and peers. 
  • Exhibit teamwork with fellow co-workers. 
  • Keeping lobby glass and area clean and orderly. 
  • Any other additional duties requested by the supervisor or area director. 
  • Work cooperatively with maintenance, housekeeping and management. 
  • Midnight doorman are to patrol parking structure and surrounding property. 
  • Midnight doorman are to remove trash from lobby, mailroom and all entrances. 
  • Work overtime when needed. 
  • May be asked to assist Maintenance and/or Manager with other jobs as deemed necessary by management. 
  • Call Maintenance for any emergencies. 
  • Must possess positive attitude and desire to make a difference.
