About the Role:
The FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in driving the financial planning and analysis processes that support strategic decision-making within the organization. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial planning software.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.

- Develop, maintain, and update financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities.
- Analyze historical financial data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities affecting business performance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect relevant data and ensure alignment of financial plans with operational goals.
- Support the monthly and quarterly financial close processes by providing variance analysis and commentary.
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor business performance.
- Participate in ad hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic initiatives and business development.
