HR Administration & Operations:
Oversee and manage all HR administration including processing payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, leaves of absence, performance issues, policies and procedures, etc.Â

This is not a traditional HR desk role. You enjoy working with operational teams and being directly involved in building and supporting strong teams. You are comfortable in environments that are fast-paced, practical, and performance-driven.

Desirable skills & Experience:
- 5-7+ years experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, automotive, construction, logistics, or similar operational roles
- Experience conducting performance conversations, employee coaching, or disciplinary discussions
- Experience supporting multi-location retail operations
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems (ADP, Rippling, Slack, etc)
