The Sr. Project Manager ensures business cases and business requirements are effectively defined, that stakeholder alignment is achieved, long-term program planning processes are established, and the intended results are achieved on time.

Key Accountabilities

· Lead large-scale, high-impact projects, including but not limited to: New plant startups, production process/product launches, and complex enterprise-level transformation initiatives

· Ensure that business requirements for projects are appropriately gathered, organized, and effectively communicated to project teams and leadership

· Develops and works within project and program management governance structure

· Serve as the primary interface with senior leadership to drive alignment across business units and functions

· Develop business cases focused on ROI, benefit realization, cost modeling, financial justification, etc., which align with business priorities

· Evaluate and validate the case against business objectives and strategic goals

· Participate in long term program planning and strategic discussions and identify interdependencies and interactions across multiple projects or programs.

· Lead governance forums, steering committees, and provide executive updates

· Anticipate organizational, operational, and financial risks to project completion, and proactively manage them to ensure effective project completion

· Create and lead a change management process for large business initiatives.

· Ensure successful adoption across impacted group, by executing key change management activities, including communication, planning, and stakeholder alignment, and training coordination

· Own the overall project communication strategy to ensure that clear, concise updates are provided to executive and cross functional audiences.

· Track the adoption and benefits of implemented changes, and deliver clear and concise updates to the business

· Expected travel of 25% and up to 50%

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technical field

· 8+ years project management experience

· Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs

· Experience in business requirements gathering and facilitation

· Strong financial acumen (business case development, ROI modeling)

· Executive-level communication skills

· Strong organizational governance and documentation management skills

· Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

· Experience leading and executing change management

· Proficiency with collaboration, reporting, and project management tools (e.g. MS Planner, PowerBI, etc.)

· PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc. experience preferred.

Job Compensation

$109,000 - $163,000
