Role Overview
We are hiring a Systems Developer to design, configure, and maintain our internal business systems and data infrastructure. This role focuses on integrating operational and business data into our Microsoft ecosystem, building dashboards and reports in Power BI, and improving how data is structured, accessed, and used across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and maintain integrations between core business platforms (ERP, accounting, CRM, and operational tools)
  • Route, transform, and normalize business data for reporting and analysis
  • Build and maintain Power BI datasets, dashboards, and reports for operations, finance, and management
  • Work with APIs, connectors, and middleware tools to enable reliable data synchronization
  • Support automation and reporting use cases as the business scales
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, refresh schedules, and access controls
  • Configure internal tools and workflows to improve visibility and efficiency
  • Document systems, data sources, and processes; drive continuous improvement
  • Act as the internal owner of business systems and reporting infrastructure
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and leadership to understand data needs
Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboards, reporting, and integration with Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Strong understanding of systems integration and data pipelines
  • Experience working within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem
  • Experience working with SaaS business platforms (ERP, accounting, CRM)
  • Proficiency in using AI-powered productivity tools to assist with analysis, documentation, automation design, and workflow optimization
  • Comfort working in configuration-heavy environments
  • Strong data literacy: schemas, relationships, reporting logic, and data quality
Nice to Have
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, data validation)
  • Scripting or light coding experience (JavaScript and/or Python)
  • SQL or query language experience for data analysis and validation
  • Specific familiarity with Dynamics 365 platform
  • Experience supporting internal reporting for operational or financial teams
  • Background in small-to-mid-size or growing organizations
