The MC Quality Control Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of quality control and risk management processes within the Management Consulting (MC) practice. This role works closely with MC leadership, and other stakeholders (In-House Counsel, Professional Standards Team (PST) to ensure internal compliance with firm policies and external regulations. The Manager will focus on day-to-day quality assurance activities, supporting internal inspections, and assisting with the development and delivery of training and guidance.

  • Assist in the execution of quality control procedures and risk management processes for the MC practice.
  • Support the review of engagement letters, contracts, and independence/conflict checks under the guidance of MC leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with MC team members to understand proposed services and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Help implement and monitor internal quality inspection programs; participate in root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and update the engagement letter template repository and practice-specific engagement management processes.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and tools to assist staff with compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed of changes to independence rules and other standards impacting consulting services.
  • Participate in MC team meetings and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as directed.
  • Collaborate with In-House Counsel, the Professional Standards Team (PST), and other quality/risk officers as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
