Full-Time Service & Repair Technician

What You’ll Do

• Service, maintain, and repair wood, gas, and pellet stoves, fireplaces, and hot tubs (residential & commercial)
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Respond to work orders professionally and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and daily service reports
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and management
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Address customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of their systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work vehicle
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude (we’ll train the right candidate!)
• Light plumbing and/or electrical experience (highly preferred)
• Hot tub or hearth experience (a plus)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be 18+ with a valid CT driver’s license
• Familiarity with tools (own tools are a bonus)
• A positive attitude and desire to help customers
