We are currently hiring Drivers and Movers who are reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a purpose-driven organization.   What You’ll Do: Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites Complete pre- and post-trip inspections Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes upstairs) Deliver exceptional customer service on every job Pay & Benefits: Starting at $15.00 - $18.00/hour, depending on experience Paid Training Daily Tips – Many team members earn $30+/hr total with tips 401(k) – Company match up to 3% Opportunity to travel for long-distance moves QualificationsDriver Requirements: 21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available Weekday and weekend shifts Flexible scheduling options Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
