Senior Technical Account Manager (MSP)
Hybrid | Full-Time
If you’re the kind of MSP account manager who takes messy accounts and turns them into organized, renewed, upgraded, and happy clients… we want to talk.
This role is for an experienced pro who can confidently lead client relationships, run renewals, keep agreements clean, and recommend the right upgrades — without being chased and without needing training.
Requirements (Must Have):
- 3+ years MSP Account Management / TAM / vCIO / Client Success experience
- Strong experience with ConnectWise Manage (required)
- Strong experience with Quoter (required)
- Proven ability to manage renewals + agreements and drive account upgrades
- Professional communication and follow-through
Responsibilities:
- Own a book of MSP client accounts end-to-end
- Manage renewals, agreements, seat changes, and service alignment
- Keep accounts organized and documented inside ConnectWise
- Identify and close upgrades (security, users, projects, standardization)
