Our Neurosciences team supports a broad range of studies, including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, stroke, migraine, multiple sclerosis, rare neurologic diseases, pediatric indications, psychiatry, and cutting-edge gene and cell therapy programs.
 

This is a hands-on role for a physician who enjoys being actively involved in all aspects of clinical development. Beyond providing medical monitoring and scientific leadership, you'll work closely with sponsors, participate in study meetings, contribute to operational discussions, and help drive projects forward. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical monitoring and strategic medical oversight for global clinical trials.
  • Serve as a key medical contact for sponsors, study teams, and investigator sites.
  • Contribute to protocol development, study design, safety plans, and other clinical documents.
  • Review clinical and safety data, including adverse events, protocol deviations, and ongoing risk assessments.
  • Deliver medical expertise and training to project teams and support scientific integrity throughout study conduct.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify risks and drive study success.
  • Support regulatory safety reporting and pharmacovigilance activities.
  • Build strong client relationships through trusted scientific and medical leadership.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, bid defenses, and client presentations.
  • Mentor and support colleagues while helping foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Travel up to 20% required.
     

Skills & Qualifications

  • MD or equivalent medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board-certified / Board Eligible Neurologist with extensive adult patient care experience.
  • Strong clinical expertise in neurodegenerative diseases.
  • Primary focus will be on adult clinical trials, with occasional opportunities to support pediatric studies as a Medical Monitor when needed.
  • Previous experience as a pharmaceutical/biotech industry physician, Medical Monitor, or clinical trial investigator is preferred.
  • Physicians from clinical practice or academia with a strong interest in transitioning into clinical research and drug development are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated interest in advancing innovative therapies and contributing to the development of treatments for patients with neurological disorders
