Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Compile and resolve punch list items
ā¢ Perform final walk-through with customer
ā¢ Secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer
ā¢ Conduct pre-construction meeting with customer
ā¢ Provide project update (daily narrative) to customers and clients
ā¢ Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
ā¢ Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work
ā¢ Document all project activities in the job book
ā¢ Execute change orders
ā¢ Set expectations on a project-by-project basic
ā¢ Maintain quality standards through site inspections
ā¢ Provide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractors
ā¢ Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
ā¢ Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased
ā¢ Ensure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their purchase orders
ā¢ Validate schedule and progress
ā¢ Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work
ā¢ Be familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator

Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Basic math skills
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Walking and/or standing throughout the day
- Abilty to lift 50 lbs unassisted and 100+ lbs with assistance
- Frequent driving and sitting
- Occasionally climbing ladders
- Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat
- The noise level at individual jobsites can be loud
