As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting production by receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting operational excellence. You'll work with warehouse technology, forklifts, inventory systems, and cross-functional teams to keep our manufacturing operations running efficiently.Â
 What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll support all aspects of warehouse and material handling operations while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
In this role, you will:
- Safely receive, inspect, unload, store, stage, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goodsÂ
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to transport materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing areasÂ
- Pick, package, stage, and prepare materials for customer shipments and production work ordersÂ
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers while following all safety proceduresÂ
- Complete inventory transactions using ERP systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse technologyÂ
- Verify shipping documents, packing lists, bills of lading, and receiving documentationÂ
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material identification, storage, and location controlÂ
- Follow work instructions, Bills of Material (BOMs), shipping documentation, and warehouse proceduresÂ
- Deliver materials to production work centers according to manufacturing prioritiesÂ
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventoriesÂ
- Operate packaging, labeling, banding, and shrink-wrap equipmentÂ
- Support receiving inspections, inventory replenishment, and warehouse organizationÂ
- Communicate inventory discrepancies, material shortages, and equipment concerns to supervisorsÂ
- Cross-train in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling functionsÂ
- Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiativesÂ
- Maintain clean, organized work areas while following all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferredÂ
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferredÂ
- Forklift operating experience or the ability to become forklift certifiedÂ
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory recordsÂ
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work with ERP or warehouse management systemsÂ
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
- Excellent communication and teamwork skillsÂ
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible schedules, overtime, or weekends as business needs requireÂ
- Commitment to workplace safety and qualityÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing warehouse experienceÂ
- Current forklift certificationÂ
- Experience operating yard trucksÂ
- Experience using barcode scanners, RF devices, and ERP inventory systemsÂ
- Experience with inventory control and cycle countingÂ
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principlesÂ
Your Work Schedule
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employees may work a variety of day or night shifts based on production requirements. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and additional hours is expected to support manufacturing operations and customer commitments. Warehouse Associates work throughout warehouse and manufacturing environments and regularly operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
