Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the rest of the 2026-2027 school year in Spanaway, Washington. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem — we provide mentorship and support!

Schedule: Full Time 1.0 FTE available as well as part-time positions
School Year: 2026-2027
Start Date: August 2026 for the entire school year

Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
Conduct evaluations and write reports
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
