Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm)

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop Team: Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Nurses and Medical Assistants, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
  • Clinical Operations Oversight: Ensure compliance, medication accuracy, and best-in-class nursing practices aligned with state and regulatory standards

  • Patient Care & Assessment: Oversee medical assessments, triage needs, and ensure timely response to student health concerns

  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with Clinical Directors, Psychiatry, and Residential teams to deliver integrated, trauma-informed care

  • Medication & Safety Management: Oversee medication administration, narcotics tracking, and infection control protocols

  • Family & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for parents, ensuring clear, professional communication

  • Operational Excellence: Manage nursing resources, scheduling, and process improvements to optimize care delivery and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Active Utah Nursing License (RN or LPN) in good standing through the Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred)
  • 2+ years of clinical nursing experience required; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Behavioral health, adolescent care, or residential treatment experience highly desirable
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid Utah driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a Utah state background check
