Job Summary:
Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead and manage custom cabinet projects from initial client consultation through final installation.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, clarify details, and manage expectations.

Interpret and review blueprints, CAD drawings, and shop drawings to ensure accurate builds.

Collaborate with designers, engineers, fabricators, and installers to ensure seamless workflows.

Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
-
Order necessary materials, hardware, and specialty items; track and manage deliveries.

Conduct site visits for measurements, progress tracking, and quality control.

Identify and proactively resolve issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to align on specifications and timelines.

Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and client specifications.

Educations and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cabinetry, woodworking, construction project management, or a related industry.

Experience with custom cabinetry or millwork projects strongly preferred.

Familiarity with cabinet design software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:

Physical ability to lift, push, or pull more than 150 lbs.

Capable of standing, walking, moving, climbing, squatting or kneeling for extended periods.

Comfortable conducting job site visits and taking field measurements.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site travel.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (e.g., forklift and cranes).
