Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPC) – Spanish Fort, AL
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Call | Competitive Salary + Bonus
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Spanish Fort. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong referral base and consistent patient volume.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, outpatient-only role (Monday–Friday)
- No call, no weekends
- Established patient base with strong referral flow
- Autonomy in clinical approach with administrative support
- Work alongside psychiatrists and midlevel providers in a team-based model
- Modern clinic setting with full support staff
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic intake evaluations (CPT 90791)
- Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed

Requirements
Education
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Active LICSW or LPC license in Alabama
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
