We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our client's team as an Entry-Level Business Development Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, conducting online research, and building business relationships.

No previous government contracting experience is required—we will provide training. If you have experience in customer service, retail, recruiting, inside sales, call centers, or office administration, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Research businesses and government agencies that may benefit from our client's services
Make outbound phone calls
Build relationships with prospective clients
Identify potential contract opportunities
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
Communicate with management regarding opportunities and progress
Meet daily activity goals for calls and outreach

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills

Comfortable making outbound phone calls

Friendly, professional phone presence

Basic computer skills

Strong organizational skills

Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Ability to learn quickly

Previous customer service, recruiting, retail, call center, or office experience is a plus
