Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls as well as follow-up information and outcomes. Respond to customer service issues, concerns or complaints with the program and seek to expedite resolution of a problem. Accurately document the customer's contact information including phone number, email address and other essential account development information, verify the system is correct and make changes as necessary. Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to understand their needs, ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, credit, and wholesale operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and pleasurable customer experience.  Print and/or change delivery tickets to reflect current needs, address any changes with the customer and management. Account maintenance and data entry. Knowledge of products, invoicing and manual entry of customer data. Dispatch support for the customer’s request. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling. Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives. Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.  Professional experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software for sending and receiving online forms to open and set up accounts is a plus. Speed and accuracy in data entry using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
