Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
