The Supply Chain Supervisor’s responsibilities include purchasing process management, inventory management, developing buyers and purchasing agents on system skills and purchasing processes. Resolving supply chain issues including sales tax issues. Developing processes to ensure favorable pricing from Vendors. Developing and maintaining positive Suppler relationships. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in the maintenance department. Provides exceptional leadership and direction through coaching, mentorship, supervision and development with a focus on a safe and inclusive environment.
