Team Members: $13 – $18 per hour (base + tips)

TEAM MEMBER
Be the face of Capriotti’s! You’ll create amazing guest experiences while preparing our award-winning sandwiches.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with energy and a genuine smile
- Take accurate orders (in-store & drive-thru if applicable)
- Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads to recipe standards
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized
- Follow food safety standards
- Work as part of a fast-moving, supportive team
What We’re Looking For:
- 16+ years old
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and ready to learn
⭐ SHIFT LEAD
Ready for the next step? As a Shift Lead, you’ll help run the shift, support the team, and ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example and motivate team members
- Ensure excellent guest service every shift
- Help manage workflow during busy periods
- Support training and development of new hires
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with cash handling and shift responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership mindset
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and professional under pressure
