The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining an accurate count on all in-house inventory. The Cycle Counter will be trained on multiple roles within the inventory department. Each role in the inventory department is important to the success of our business and requires a high level of attention.


Job Description:
•    Physically count product and compare to in-house inventory.
•    Utilize an RF scan gun to enter counts for cycled product.
•    Inform proper personnel of material shortage/overage along with reasons for discrepancies.
•    Update transactions in WMS as needed.
•    Use RF scan gun to receive inventory into the system.
•    Receive, sort and stock incoming product.
•    Ensure accuracy of product received and report discrepancies.
•    Ensure product in physical and systematic locations match.
•    Audit parts racks and report low quantity of product daily
•    Assist with transfer order clean up and SharePoint discrepancies.
•    Serve as back-up for other departmental members, cross-train on related job duties.
•    Practice 5S and safety.
•    Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working weekends and other shifts as needed.


Qualifications:
•    1 – 2 yrs. experience with Reach Truck, Order Picker etc.…
•    Basic (12th grade) math, language, and reading skills.
•    Ability to handle equipment and vehicles safely and sensibly.


Education & Experience:
•    2-3 yrs. Inventory Experience
•    1-2 yrs. previous warehouse experience preferred.
•    Satisfactorily pass forklift driving training program or demonstrate safe handling of forklift in an on-site test.
