Job Summary:
As a Skilled Warehouse Worker – Pallet Repair, you will be a key part of our production process, responsible for physically restoring wooden pallets to ensure they are safe for use throughout the global supply chain. This is a high-energy, hands-on position where you will use industrial nail guns and saws to remove damaged boards and replace them with quality lumber.
You will be responsible for making quick decisions about pallet integrity and ensuring that every pallet you rebuild meets strict durability and quality standards. Pay & Performance Incentives
Guaranteed Base Pay: $21.00 per hour
The faster you work while maintaining quality, the more you can earn! High-performing employees can earn up to $32.00 per hour by reaching our highest production levels.

What You’ll Do:
As a Skilled Warehouse Worker – Pallet Repair, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inspect pallets for damage, wear, and structural issues.
- Use tools such as nail guns and power saws to repair pallets.
- Replace boards, reinforce weak areas, and remove and replace nails.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 or more years of experience in manual labor or a similar field.
- Familiarity with tools such as nail guns, power saws, and/or hand tools.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with dust, noise, and changing temperatures.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move pallets and materials, which may be heavy.
- Good manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity are required to inspect pallet condition.
- Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and safety alarms in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent vision, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, in order to inspect pallets and safely monitor the surrounding work environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a warehouse environment. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels. Steel-toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
