Treatment Coordinator

Absolute Dental is Nevada’s largest dental group with 45+ locations and continued statewide growth . We are expanding our teams in Reno and Sparks and seeking experienced Treatment Coordinators who are looking for long-term stability, career growth, and real advancement opportunities.

This is a key front office role that directly impacts patient trust, case acceptance, and overall office success

This posting represents current and upcoming Treatment Coordinator opportunities within Reno and Sparks. When a location-specific opening becomes available, qualified candidates will be contacted directly by our Talent Team.

• Review and clearly present treatment plans
• Explain insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
• Confidently discuss payment options with patients
• Coordinate scheduling and support smooth office flow
• Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward with care

• $20 – $24 per hour (DOE)
Some roles may require limited travel

• Dental front office experience required
• Experience with treatment planning & dental insurance
• Comfortable discussing financial arrangements
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
