CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES:
Essential
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with the ERP system
- Maintain inventory accuracy by investigating root causes of errors and recommending corrective actions
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production schedules and customer orders
- Track inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth material flow from multiple locations at once
- Audit inventory transactions for accuracy and compliance with company procedures
- Generate inventory reports, such as aging reports, variance reports, and inventory valuation summaries
- Ensure proper labeling, binning, and location of materials for traceability and organization
- Support physical inventory events, including annual counts and special audits
- Keep assigned inventory areas organized and safe per 5S protocol
- Package vendor returns, protecting contents for shipping
- Operate forklifts and reach truck safely and effectively
- Communicate professionally and effectively with team members
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and those set by Future Form Manufacturing
- Maintain the responsibilities of the ISO 9001 system in accordance with the requirements defined in the Quality Manual, and Procedure Level documentationÂ
- Participate actively and positively in Lean activities

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
Essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Minium of 3 years Inventory control experience
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete all tasks required per daily schedule
- Ability to accurately record information
- Basic computer skills with an emphasis on excel spreadsheets and ERP systems
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Basic math ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
- Manual dexterity
Beneficial
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 3 years of MRP experience
- 2 years’ manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques
- Good knowledge of tooling and hardware

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
Will require you to Sit, Stand, Walk, Bend, Squat, Lift, Twist, Kneel, Reach Above Shoulder, Climb, Drive, Push/Pull throughout the workday.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must have normal vision (with or without corrective lenses) and hearing (with or without corrective hearing aids).
Working Environment: Shop and outdoors environments. Moderate noise level. Exposure to dust, heat and cold.
This position will require drug testing per company policy.Â
