This role involves preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and handling customer transactions efficiently to ensure a high-quality dining experience for all patrons. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menus, ensuring quality and consistency. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment by following established procedures and guidelines. - Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and provide excellent customer service to all guests. - Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service areas for various meal services and events. - Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding supply needs. - Adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing job duties. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient food service operations. - Perform other related duties as assigned to support the goals of ECI Base Pay: $17.20 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) Pay in Lieu of Benefits: $4.93* per hour — provided to employees who opt out of company-sponsored insurance. Total Combined Pay: $22.13 per hour* QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: - Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred. - Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous. - Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions. - Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. - Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. - A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
