Our teams operate in structured, secure environments focused on consistency, safety, and quality patient care. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Position Overview The Medical Records Clerk at Wilcox State Prison supports the healthcare team by maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential patient medical records. This role is responsible for ensuring documentation is properly filed, updated, and accessible to authorized medical staff, helping support efficient patient care and smooth daily operations within a structured correctional healthcare environment.
