- Add and weigh ingredients for custom feed blends using computerized systems and scanners.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming bagged and bulk ingredients.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
- Assist with packaging, stacking, and loading products for delivery.
- Support inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain a clean work environment and assist with light maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and dependability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Honesty, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of work.
- Ability to make sound decisions and follow established procedures.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus.
Hours
- First shift (Monday-Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and varying Wisconsin weather conditions as needed.
