Job DetailsJob Location: Sparta Division - Sparta, WI 54656Position Type: Full TimePosition Summary Production Operators perform light to medium manufacturing work in a fast-paced production environment. Employees may work in punch press, molding, adhesive/shear operations, assembly, finishing, inspection, overtender, or washer feeder areas. Work is primarily performed in a standing position and involves loading and unloading parts, inspecting products for quality, completing production documentation, and following safety procedures. Available Shifts  1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.  2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m.   QualificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities • Follow all shop cards, HF-015 procedures, VSW instructions, and safety guidelines • Operate punch presses and other production equipment safely and efficiently • Load and unload parts and materials from presses and assembly equipment • Use air or suction tools when required • Apply adhesive and assemble components as needed • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met • Identify and separate defective or nonconforming products • Complete required production paperwork throughout the shift • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including 5S activities • Assist in other production areas as assigned   Skills and Qualifications: • Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Ability to lift, load, and move parts throughout the shift • Strong attention to detail and quality standards • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment • Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required #NEIND1
